Zoho integration setup:
A valid user's Authentication Token is necessary for integration. The user should have "Zoho CRM API Access" permission to access the API.

This page will display Authentication Token like this:

This token users will be used as the password in the communicator app, so make sure to keep it safe.
Browse to Settings > CRM Integration
enable integration, select Zoho from the list and populate the "API URL" & "Page" Url:

Page URL: https://crm.zoho.com/crm
Note - if your Zoho CRM is hosted on zoho.eu, substitute the links in the setup for the EU url (e.g https://crm.zoho.eu/crm)
Once setup, you can test the connection by using your Zoho username, and Authentication token in the "Test" Field.
In the preferences of the communicator app navigate to "Modules" and enable CRM integration.
Populate the Username and Password here.
Username: Zoho Username
Password: Authentication token (retrieved earlier)
Note: The CRM module license must be assigned to the user to be able to use CRM integration.
Recordings can not be uploaded to Zoho CRM. The Zoho API is rate limited with 250 API calls per day for the trial edition.
