If your customer requests to remove a number of unused DDI's within a range, please note this is irreversible so ensure that this is explained in full to the end user before completing a cease request. You could deny access for a period of time whilst they make a final decision.
Select the porting tab in your portal and complete the fields relating to the account and your contact details as usual.
Select Multi Line and complete the field with MBN to ensure we can locate the correct range. Also complete their site address in the installation address for reference.
If you have a support ticket ref no relating to this query you can add this in for our internal reference.
Complete the numbers box with the DDI's you wish to REMOVE only from the existing range.
Select CEASE from the drop down menu
Select LCP from the original number owner, you will have to investigate who owns this number.
This port request will then be submitted for the removal of those specific DDI's from the customers range.
