The Agent Settings page allows you to add, edit and delete agents (people whose phone calls you are recording). The points below relate to the tab numbers on the image:
- “Add New Agent” – use this button to add new agents to your CallSwitch Compliant account.
- The Agent grid shows the following information for each user: ”First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” and “Site” for each of these users. Each of these columns can be sorted and filtered as with the rest of the CallSwitch Compliant system.
- Use these buttons to edit and delete agents from the system.
- “Screenshot” is a additional option with our CallSwitch Compliant.(Helps provide a 360 view, along with the voice recording to see the entire customer experience.)
